Incontinence is a condition where a person is not in a position to excrete properly or the inability of a person to control his excretions. In general incontinence is of two type’s namely urinary incontinence and fecal incontinence. 
Fecal incontinence is a condition where a person is not in a condition to control his or her bowels and there are chances of leakage or uncontrolled release of fecal matter. In the case of urinary incontinence, there is an involuntary leakage of urine and this is more common among people above 40 years of age. In fact, statistics show that one out of 5 women above the age of 40 is affected by this problem. Though urinary incontinence is a common problem in the case of women, yet there are many cases where one can find men affected by this problem too. These washable pants come with in-built pads mainly for people who are not comfortable with disposable pads and diapers, as they tend to dislocate.
